You will facilitate patients' journeys through the variousservice points in our clinicsand provide strong support toour clinicians in their delivery of quality care toour patients.
You will be required toperform patients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ general enquiries, screening of patients' general condition and administrative duties. In addition, you will participate in team project works to make continuous improvements to the clinic'soperationsand service quality.
The Requirements:
Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification
Frontline and customer service experience in Healthcare / Retail Industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients Positive thinker and good team player
Passion for service excellence and process improvements Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to commit to 5.5 daysworkweek
* You need to be prepared to goall over Singapore to cover the anybody on MC/ leave
